- Hot water system – Assessing the age, condition and operation of the hot water unit and identifying signs of leaks, corrosion or wear.
- Leaks & water damage – Checking for visible leaks around taps, toilets, pipes, fixtures and other plumbing areas.
- Water pressure – Testing water pressure and identifying potential pressure-related issues.
- Taps & fixtures – Checking taps, toilets, showers and other plumbing fixtures for leaks, damage and general condition.
- Pipework – Iplex Pro-fit TYPLEX-1050 pipework – Inspecting accessible pipework for signs of cracking, deterioration, leaks or previous renovations. Iplex Pro-fit pipes manufactured using TYPLEX-1050 resin between mid-2017 and 2022 have been associated with an unusually high rate of renovations in WA homes. If this pipework is identified during an inspection, we can advise on its condition, potential risks and whether further investigation or replacement may be required.
- Future repairs – Highlighting ageing or worn components that may need attention or replacement in the future.
